Returns resulting from user errors, such as mistakes in size, design, or color selection, are generally not accepted. Customers seeking to return items are responsible for covering the return shipping cost and may choose their preferred shipping carrier. Once shipped, kindly share the tracking information with us. Upon tracking the delivered order, we will initiate the refund process. We exclusively accept returns in cases where we dispatch the incorrect product/design/color/size, or in instances of manufacturing defects or damage during production.

This information assists us in investigating replacements and preventing future errors. In the event of an approved claim, we will provide a return address, and customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 business days after receiving your return for the refund to be processed. Unauthorized returns or items that are washed, worn, or damaged are ineligible for a refund or replacement.

If the item was designated as a gift, you will receive a gift credit upon return. If the item was not marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the original gift giver.
